Patricia Altschul is in mourning. The Southern Charm star sadly lost her beloved dog this fall. Patricia is well known for being a dog mama – she even wed her canine companions during an episode of the Bravo show.
Southern Charm‘s Patricia has a reputation for being an icon of the show as well as a well-known Charleston socialite. Although Patricia is often seen in good spirits during filming, she’s dealt with some hardships as of late including the passing of her longtime butler and friend, Michael Kelcourse, and now, her dog, Chauncey.

It’s a sad time for Southern Charm’s Patricia as she mourns the loss of her pug, Chauncey.
Viewers of the hit Bravo show will recall seeing Chauncey on screen many times. Patricia also often took to Instagram to share sweet snaps of her pups.
On November 17, she captioned a post: “We had to say goodbye to our beloved Chauncey. RIP to the sweetest pug.”
Patricia’s slider of photos sees her smiling with Chauncey as a puppy, Chauncey cuddling up to her son’s dog, Monty, as well as snaps of him with her friends including Michael and Cameran Eubanks.
Southern Charm fans send ‘deepest sympathies’
As the sad news of Chauncey’s passing circulates the internet, many of Patricia’s fans are sending their “deepest condolences.”
Many say they’re “so sorry” for Patricia’s loss, especially as Chauncey’s passing comes just after Michael’s.
