Newly appointed Super Eagles head coach, Bruno Labbadia is expected to bring in two trusted German assistants as he put together his backroom staff.
Labbadia, who was appointed Super Eagles head coach on Tuesday is expected to bring in at least two foreign assistants.
The 58-year-old will also work with a number of local assistants.
Erdinç Sözer, Olaf Janßen and Bernhard Trares are the three men, who have worked with the German regularly in the last couple of years.
Sözer is considered Labbadia’s most reliable assistant and is likely to be his first choice.
The pair worked together at several clubs including Bayer Leverkusen, VfB Stuttgart, VfL Wolfsburg and Hertha Berlin.
Labbadia and his backroom staff are expected to arrive the country next week to start preparation for the double header AFCON qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda.
