The centre located on the corner of Solomon Mahlangu and Lynnwood Road will sure be a convenient spot for patrons.
According to the Marketing manager Qume Heenop from Emerge Marketing, the centre also caters for pedestrians and people with disabilities by providing easily accessible walkways, many mountable curbs, lifts and escalators.
She said the centre also brought development to the area.
“Road upgrades, municipal contributions and electrical upgrades equates to R30-million.”
Heenop said Lynnwood Road has been upgraded into a dual carriageway in both directions from Simon Vermooten Drive to Lynnwood Road.
“Furthermore, we upgraded the existing Meerlust/Eastwood Road to provide direct access to Solomon Mahlangu Drive.”
She said both upgrades were specifically to address the current congestion at the intersection of Lynnwood Road and Solomon Mahlangu Drive.
She said the construction of the 25 000m² centre started in November 2022 and took 18 months to complete.
She said Linton’s Corner offers an exquisite array of offerings that cater to every desire.
“From fashion aficionados seeking the latest trends to food enthusiasts craving culinary delights. The centre will have a variety of stores to meet the needs of our patrons.”
