Back in the Groove: Cast, Trailer and Preview
Three women in their forties being courted by 24 men will star in the film Back in the Groove.
The upcoming Hulu show is different from other dating shows, however, and so is the age gap between the contestants’ males and females.
The youngest and oldest of the men set to appear on the show are both 22 years old. The cast of the play will show how true it is that “age is just a number”.

Three women in their forties will head to the Groove Hotel in Hulu’s Back in the Groove in search of the perfect fling, true love or even something in between.
According to the press release, they have an opportunity to fight societal double standards and break down barriers created for older women on the show.
The upcoming show will give older women a chance to be courted by younger men while contestants do their best to win their favor and stay on the show for the longest time. Women have more power than men, so they can do whatever they want, including the ability to send people home.
Steven, a contestant on Back In The Groove, revealed in a social media promotional video that one of the women is his mother.
Steph is the only one of the three who is female and hails from Miami, so it’s possible the 41-year-old singer – who is preparing for the Hulu show – is Steven’s mom.
Due to my severe maternity issues, older women have always attracted me.
Sparkling Hyche
According to Sparkle’s IG bio, she runs a beauty shop and is a media celebrity. Born in New Jersey, she worked in salons to develop her skills as a stylist, according to her website.
She is currently 43 years old. According to the press section of Hulu’s website, she lives in Atlanta, and if you don’t believe me, just ask her. Check out her Instagram for yourself.
Stephanie Michaels
According to Hulu’s press page, Steph, 42, is from Miami but occasionally visits New York City. She is an actress, singer, businesswoman and mother.
Her Instagram profile, which also reveals that she has experience as a television news reporter, suggests that she is passionate about nutrition and is vegan.
Brooke Mora
According to Hulu’s press site, Brooke is 42 years old and lives in Los Angeles.
She applies to Instagram to become a personal trainer and in her free time seems to enjoy going out, meeting friends, working out and spending time in nature.
Four Akio Ross
According to Hulu’s press page, musician Akio is 29 years old and hails from Miami. His Instagram is packed with self-portraits, as well as TikToks and Reels.
He seems to enjoy attending music festivals, hanging out in Miami, and making music.
Billy Sievers
Billy, a model and personal trainer with eight years of fitness experience, commutes between New York and Los Angeles, according to his Instagram profile.
He also claims to be “John Krasinski’s abdominal double” in his bio, and as predicted, he frequently shares pictures of himself modeling and working out.
Diogo
Diogo, 28, is a writer according to his Instagram profile and is from Los Angeles according to the Hulu press website.
A quick scan of his account suggests he prefers to keep things a little mysterious and uses short captions.
Aside from that, though, he seems to enjoy hanging out with his family, eating Chick-fil-A, and going out.
Cru Eaton
Cru, who is 30, lives in Provo, Utah, according to Hulu’s press site. According to Cru’s Instagram, he enjoys playing sports (soccer and dirt biking), generally being outdoors and staying active.
Enrico Matthias
Enrico, a personal trainer from New York, enjoys travelling, going out and working out. According to the press site, he is 29 and may have a chance to find love in this program.

Gary, 30, is from Cleveland, Ohio and appears to be a model for having included his management’s name on his Instagram account. He seems to enjoy being active and taking photos. He also creates TikToks.
Giuseppe Pizzano
According to his IG, Giuseppe is the CEO of a company called The Dry Amendment, a model, and a public speaker. He is 29 years old, lives in Las Vegas and enjoys traveling when he is not working.

According to Hulu’s press page, he’s 26 years old, hails from Tucson, Arizona, and has over 50,000 followers, so he most likely has all the right reasons for being there.

Josh lives in Miami and Cape Town, South Africa, Hulu’s press center.
According to his Instagram profile, the 24-year-old is an athlete who seems to spend a lot of time travelling, working out, taking photos and hanging out with his dog.
Leroy Mapp
According to his Instagram profile, Leroy seems to enjoy playing sports, visiting both urban and rural places and making music.
He co-founded the wellness company GP Worldwide. The 28-year-old is originally from Philadelphia.
Lee Petropoulos
According to Hulu’s press page, 27-year-old Lee is from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and by the looks of it, he enjoys running, exploring new places, watching University of Michigan soccer, and being outdoors.
It seems like he’s keen to post pics of it on Instagram too!
Matthew flowers
Here’s why Matt F. might be my favorite candidate: He does yoga! His Instagram is jam-packed with calming yoga classes and lesson plans that seem to be followable online.
I personally admire how inspiring he is! The press site for Hulu states that he is 28 years old and from Atlanta.
Matthew Boomer
According to his Instagram profile, Nashville native Matt is a DJ, musician, model and actor – a quadruple whammy! His pictures, taken at the age of 30, show many images of him traveling and modeling.
We can only hope that he is “really” looking for love!
Mike Cerroni
So Back in the Groove isn’t Mike’s first Hulu program; According to IMDb, he also appeared in Hotties, which debuted this year.
The 25-year-old Los Angeles resident also has ties to the US Marines, according to Backstage. Besides that, his Instagram is full of pictures of him having fun and hanging out with friends.
Quentin Marquis Lloyd
According to his Instagram profile, Quentin appears to be an actor. According to Hulu’s press page, he is currently 29 years old and lives in Atlanta.
In his free time, he creates videos for social media, especially those related to fashion.
Robert Della Ventura
According to Hulu’s press page, Robert, 28, is a single father from Cranston, Rhode Island. Logan, his son, is eight years old, according to Instagram.
Many videos and pictures of Logan’s sporting events and their time together have been published by him.
Remy Flores
According to Hulu’s press page, 27-year-old Remy is from Indianapolis and enjoys friends, cooking, travel and anime. He also has pictures of himself going to concerts and going out.
Tashi
Tashi possesses both intelligence and beauty. According to his IG and the Hulu press page, he’s 32, from San Francisco and Los Angeles, and works as an actor and licensed personal trainer in addition to his BS in biochemistry.
He “does it” because he also has an IMDb page.
Stefan
Although “producer” is listed on Steven’s Instagram account, it’s not entirely clear what he does for a living.
He’s 22, from Miami, and posts photos of the songs he’s written and pictures of himself traveling.
According to clips from the show’s Instagram, Steph could also be his mother. We’ll have to wait to find out!
Tate Garces
According to his Instagram profile, Tate, 25, hails from San Antonio, Texas and has experience in the food and hospitality industry. He also seems to enjoy playing sports and working out.
Luis Garcia
According to his Instagram profile and Hulu press page, Luis is a 28-year-old businessman from Miami. He seems to enjoy travelling, spending a lot of time in New York and what about his captions? A+ for inspiration.
Josh Teasley
According to Hulu’s press page, Josh is a musician living in Los Angeles and is 31 years old. He performs as a singer for streaming services under the nickname “Teasley”. His social media seems heavily geared towards his professional life as an artist.

According to Hulu’s press site, Gregg is also 31 and lives in Los Angeles.
He seems to be a model because his Instagram is filled with pictures of his profession and apart from that he seems to enjoy going out and having a good time with friends and family.

Compared to these other guys, Domonic is a touch from the crowd. Either he doesn’t use social media at all or his Instagram is secret.
What we do know, however, is that he’s 29 years old and, according to the Hulu press site, is from Chesapeake, Virginia. I guess you’ll have to pay attention to find out more about him!

The Groove Hotel is a magical resort on the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic, where the goal is to rediscover your youth, live happily and hopefully find love with half men. HER.
