A family source revealed to TMZ that Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell performed her first round of chemotherapy in February.
However, despite that, chunks of 8-year-old’s hair have started coming out from her head.

The 28-year-old received her adrenal carcinoma diagnosis in January, TMZ reported Thursday.

Meanwhile, Cardwell shares two daughters Kaitlyn, 10, and Kylee, 7, with her estranged husband, Michael Cardwell. She tied the knot with him in 2014 before separating ways three years later in 2017.
She admitted that she was hesitant to marry anyone following her breakup with Michael during an interview with The Sun in June 2021.
Cardwell said, ‘You never know what will happen.’
She continued, ‘I always tell him marriage is just a piece of paper saying, “Hey you’re married.”‘
The reality star told added ‘I told myself if we make it past four years, then we can talk more about it.’
Cardwell also revealed that she had suffered from four miscarriages while trying to get pregnant with her third child.
She said, ‘It’s been a long, bumpy road for us. It’s been difficult.’
The Walmart employee stated, ‘I don’t make enough progesterone. I don’t have enough in my system, so it keeps the baby from getting enough nutrition.’

Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson took to her Instagram Stories on 30th March Thursday to confirm that her sister had been diag nosed with cancer.
She wrote, ‘[And] this is what I mean when I say you never truly know what somebody is going through at home, no matter how famous they are.’
The ‘Here Comes Honey Boo Boo’ star added ‘Yes, I’m very famous, but normal sh**t happens to me and my family [and] y’all need to realize that asap.’
Meanwhile, Mama June also went on to confirm the news.
She said, ‘This is been a very emotional road for the family but we are sticking together me n justin n Josh are doing everything we can do and to b there for Anna Marie Cardwell and Eldridge Toney and the girls through this journey just pray for all of us, especially her girls we appreciate y’all so much [sic].’
