Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has exercised his franchise.
Makinde voted at Abayomi area, Iwo Road, in Unit 001, Ward 11 in Ibadan North East Local Government Area in Ibadan.
He arrived at the polling unit around 10:32 am.
