Nollywood actress and singer Angela Okorie has taken a shot at her colleague Destiny Etiko following their awkward moment at Ruby Ojiakor’s wedding.
Kemi Filani reported on Saturday, May 31st, that Ruby married Moc Madu, her filmmaker husband. The star-studded ceremony included Angela Okorie, Destiny Etiko, Luchy Donalds, Lizzy Gold, Queeneth Hilbert, and more.
In a clip from the wedding reception that made rounds online, Destiny was captured on the dance floor with Ruby and her husband as she rained money on them.
The video showed the moment Angela walked to the dance floor to perform her songs for the couple, and Destiny, who was still spraying the couple, walked away with bundles of cash.
Following the awkward encounter, Angela, via her Instagram page, slammed Destiny as she shared clips from the wedding. She described herself as the light that makes darkness disappear, noting that darkness and light have nothing in common.
“When light walks in, darkness disappears. Light and Darkness have nothing in common. I am light, and when I walk into a place, my presence overshadows every evil. Legit queen for a reason Anticipate #queenofguns Congratulations to the newest couple in town,” Angela Okorie wrote.
Over the years, Angela has fallen out with several of her colleagues. In 2023, she had unleashed fury at Kate Henshaw, throwing shots at her for being a pretender and badmouthing her. Angela claimed that Kate had been badmouthing her to other colleagues, telling them she lacked respect.
Angela took another shot at Uche Elendu, who she accused of violating her privacy by recording a video of her during her trying times and sending it to blogger SDK.
She had also dragged Anita Joseph into the drama, calling her the most useless of them all, as she exposed both Anita and Uche for sleeping with a native doctor for fame.
Okorie had called out Zubby Michael for being ungrateful as she recounted how fed and catered for him, yet he was doing things to frustrate her. Luckily, she settled her beef with him.
Angela, had also dragged her junior colleague, Regina Daniels in a series of posts on her Instagram story revealing that she had unfollowed Regina as frustration wanted to kill them. She claimed that they sent her several arrows, but he didn’t work as she promised they would soon cry blood.
Recently, Angela has been dragging Mercy Johnson, accusing her and her mother of being witches. She later went on an Instagram Live session with Mercy Johnson’s former best friend, who called her out for witchcraft and alleged that her late mother was the mastermind. The lady made several allegations against Mercy and even dragged, famous music group Style Plus and her colleagues.
