“Who said God no dey?” – Anita Joseph queries as she rejoices with Chizzy Alichi on the birth of her baby boy

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has quizzed religion critics as she congratulates colleague, Chizzy Alichi, on the birth of her baby boy.

Kemi Filani reported on Wednesday evening that Chizzy had announced the birth of her baby boy via her Instagram page. She described the experience as the most difficult time in her life as she recounted how she suffered a medical condition while pregnant, and was placed on bed rest at home and in the hospital. Chizzy said she prayed, joined online prayers, and even paid tithes to different churches. She added that she did so much charity, both at the orphanage homes and on the streets.

Reacting to the news via her comment section, Anita questioned who said there is no God and affirmed that her Maker is faithful.

“Taaa who he that usu wey say God no dey? He’s a faithful father, Ome Ka Nnaya. We thank you again and again. Congratulations nne”.

When Chizzy announced her pregnancy last month, Anita couldn’t contain her joy as she congratulated her. She noted how God makes things beautiful in His own time and expressed gratitude to Him.

Back in February, Chizzy lashed out at social media users who are fond of praying for her to get pregnant whenever she congratulates her pregnant colleagues. She said such comments are the reason she hardly comments on such posts and questioned if they knew what her issues and those of her husband were.

Last year, Chizzy Alichi and her husband celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary. Chizzy revealed that after God, having a good partner is the best thing that can happen to anybody. The Asaba actress stated that God gave her the best gift in the form of a husband, and she was forever grateful.
