The Game Loses California Mansion to Sexual Assault Accuser Over $7 Million Judgment

Rapper The Game suffered a major loss in court this week after a judge ruled that he must sell his California home, worth $7 million, to pay his sexual assault accuser.

Rainey was a contestant on the rapper’s reality show, She’s Got Game. She sued him in 2015, claiming he had intimately touched her without consent during production on several occasions. She was eventually awarded a default judgment after The Game failed to attend any of the hearings.

A judge awarded her  $1.13 million in compensatory damages and $6 million in punitive damages.

Following the judgment, The Game tried to avoid paying Rainey and was accused several times of trying to hide his assets from her, even allegedly transferring his properties into his manager, Wack 100’s name. He has also publicly stated that she will never receive any money from him.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s–t! Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her,” he wrote back in 2016, alleging she filed the lawsuit because she got kicked off the show.
