Smokey Robinson Denies S*xual Assault Claims

Smokey Robinson has broken his silence after he was accused in a civil lawsuit of sexual assault by four former housekeepers.

“I am appalled,” Robinson said on a call with Daily Mail, “I can’t speak about this right now.”

Robinson, 85, is facing a $50 million lawsuit filed by four former housekeepers who accuse him of rape, sexual assault, and creating a hostile work environment.

The plaintiffs, all Hispanic women identified as Jane Does 1 through 4, allege that the abuse occurred between 2006 and 2024 at Robinson’s residences in California and Las Vegas. They claim Robinson coerced them into non-consensual sexual acts, often without protection, and that his wife, Frances Robinson, contributed to a toxic workplace by using racial slurs and denying them breaks.

The women say they were afraid to speak out because they were afraid they would be deported.

Their attorney, John Harris, described Robinson as a “serial and sick rapist.”
