Nipsey Hussle’s Shocking 2008 Charges Leak—Here’s What “They” Don’t Want You to Know (DETAILS)
Yesterday, the internet exploded after alleged court documents surfaced showing three serious charges filed against the late rapper Nipsey Hussle, real name Ermias Asghedom. The leaked documents— whack Media Take Out confirmed are authentic—claim that in 2008, the then-23-year-old was charged with three felonies, including inappropriate conduct involving a minor under 14.
The documents show allegations of a lewd act, a firearm possession charge, and an SA charge.
Media Take Out reached out to a former Los Angeles prosecutor to fact check the document, and get details on teh case. And we got some EXPLOSIVE information. We’re told that Nipsey was arrested by Los Angeles police, who found a gun on him along with a videotape showing Nipsey getting a “dance” from a very young girl.
The former prosecutor told Media Take Out that the dance was “suggestive.”
Police later interviewed the young lady in the video, who made certain statements to the police, which led them to charge Nipsey who was 23 at the time with the three felonies.
Eventually prosucutors agreed to drop the SA charge and the lewd charge, in exchange for Nipsey taking a plea on the gun charge.
The prosecutor refused to give us specifics on why the charges were dropped – to protect the young girl involved. But she did tell us, “prosecutors generally do not drop charges that serious unless they had reason to believe they couldn’t obtain a conviction on those charges.”
Nipsey is no longer with us, and can no longer defend himself from the charges.
