Jamie Foxx has once again addressed the rumors circulating online that he was once hospitalized after Sean “Diddy” Combs tried to end his life.
“I’m in f–king perfect shape. [I saw things like,] ‘Puffy tried to kill me.’ No, Puffy didn’t try to kill me. When they said I was a clone, that made me flip. I’m sitting in the hospital bed, like, ‘These b—h a– motherf–kers are trying to clone me,”” he told The Hollywood Reporter.
Foxx suffered a stroke caused by a brain bleed while filming in Atlanta back in 2023. His daughter initially announced the news, and at the time, there was also speculation that the COVID-19 vaccine had caused his hospitalization.
Foxx further addressed these rumors in his 2024 Netflix comedy special, “What Had Happened Was,” where he made light of the speculation and emphasized his desire to move forward.
Diddy is currently facing serious legal challenges, including charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Foxx’s name has not been mentioned so far during the trial.
