90 Day Fiancé Season 11, Episode 11: Mina Comes Face To Face With Mark's Ex To Get Some Answers

90 Day Fiancé Season 11 introduced a new couple, Aminata “Mina” Mack and Mark Bessette, who have been together for a few years. Working as a pilot, Mark was in Paris, France, when he first met Mina, who is French, in 2019. Six months later, Mina was pregnant with their daughter, Maria. Mina made the decision to move to the U.S. to be with Mark despite having to leave her son from a previous relationship behind so that she could marry Mark.

Of course, like any 90 Day couple, Mark and Mina have faced their fair share of serious obstacles. Mark’s family, including his daughter, Jordan, had doubts about Mina’s true intentions, especially after her behavior at Maria’s baptism. But over time, it seemed they were starting to see that Mina really does plan to be with Mark for better or for worse.

Then, just as things were starting to settle, Mina was hit with a new issue: a bombshell claim that Mark had still been trying to be with his ex, Jade, while keeping in contact with her. On top of that, he supposedly lied about not living with Jade. So, Mina does what she believes is the best move: she calls up Jade to get the answers straight from the source.

90 Day Fiancé’s Mina Meets With Mark’s Ex-Girlfriend Jade To Clear The Air

90 Day Fiancé Season 11, Episode 10 picks up right where it left off, as Mina decides to meet with Mark’s ex, Jade, to get some clarity after a revealing conversation with a woman named Diana. She learns that Mark may have lied about Jade living in Florida with him. On top of that, Mina starts to question whether he was still in contact with Jade while she was developing her own relationship with him.

Mina meets with Jade at a restaurant privately. In a confessional she shares, “I must clarify the doubts I have about Mark, I need to know the truth.” As Jade sits down with Mina, she appears to be equally nervous. “This is my first time sitting down with an ex’s fiancé,” she tells Mina.

Mina brings up her conversation with Diana from Episode 9. Diana, an ex-wife of Mark’s friend, had revealed that Mark was supposedly talking to Jade and Mina at the same time. She also shared that Mark told her that Mina was a lot like his ex. “I feel like he was trying to substitute [Jade],” Diana said in a confessional.

When Mina speaks to Jade about this, the latter states in a confessional: “I would be worried if my husband is talking to his ex.” She tells Mina that after she and Mark split, they tried to work on a long-distance relationship, but it did not work. Despite this, Jade believes she was “the one who got away” — something Diana had also expressed.

Jade reassures Mina that she has no feelings for Mark and is in a new relationship.

“Just to reassure you, you have nothing to worry about.”

“I have absolutely no feelings for Mark,” Jade states. She does let Mina know that he would occasionally text her about how she was doing, but it doesn’t appear that she and Mark have communicated for quite some time.

Mina was also told by Diana that Jade had broken up with Mark. However, Mark told Mina it was the other way around and that he was the one who broke up with Jade. During their conversation, Jade confirms that she was the one to end the relationship after not agreeing to move to Boston with Mark.

Mina Learns A Shocking Discovery About Mark

As Mina and Jade continue talking about Mark, Mina learns that he allegedly cheated on Jade. Because he was unfaithful, Jade states that it’s confusing why he lied to Mina that he was the one who decided to end things between them. “What’s surprising to me right now is that he’s saying he broke up with me,” she states.

Jade goes into detail about how she and Mark split. Jade tells Mina that she discovered incriminating text messages on an iPad between Mark and “an old friend.” Mark would allegedly be texting this female friend about taking her to Martha’s Vineyard while Jade was in bed with him. It was one reason why Jade stepped away from the relationship and was the one to end it.

While Mina does feel a little reassured after her conversation with Jade, she is still upset that he lied about the two not living together. Additionally, Mina learning that Mark cheated on Jade makes her doubt her fiancé. Would he do the same to her?

Oddly enough, Mina starts to see Jade as more of a friend after their conversation — especially since Jade also struggled with Mark’s judgmental family. In a surprising show of solidarity, Jade even warns Mina to stay on high alert when it comes to Mark’s mother.

Mina returns home to fill Mark in about her day with Jade. Mark is a little disappointed that Mina doesn’t fully trust him. He also tells her that he will address his family’s involvement in their lives.

Are 90 Day Fiancé’s Mark And Mina Still Together?

Mina and Mark are going through a few hurdles in their relationship before they say their “I dos.” Another issue that has come up with his 90 Day couple is the possibility of having Mina sign a prenup. They had the discussion in front of Mark’s entire family, which certainly caught Mina off guard. To make matters worse, Mark’s family continued to question her intentions, and it was clear that he needed to step up and act like a future husband by standing up for his fiancée.

Mark also needs to try not to get his family involved in their private affairs. He seems to want their approval in everything, but he is a grown man. He has a young child with Mina and should make her and their daughter his No. 1 priority.

It seems that Mark has taken some of Mina’s advice because they appear to still be going strong. According to Mark’s Instagram page, he and Mina are happily raising their daughter in the U.S. He shares several photos of his family, including reminiscing on their trip to Lake Como, Italy, in 2021, where he proposed to her.

“One of our favorite trips to Lake Como celebrating our engagement back in October 2021 … amazing scenery and one of the most beautiful places in the world ! Life is short travel and make memories !!,” Mark’s caption read.

When a fan commented on one of Mark’s New Year’s Eve posts, saying, “You two are the cutest! I’m loving your love story & your mini-me is too cute!! Sending you both best wishes for a lifetime of happiness!” — both Mark and Mina replied with their own “thank you’s.” It definitely suggests that the two are still happily together.
