Kanye West's Ego Struggles With Rejection As Divorce from Bianca Censori Appears Imminent

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, and his wife, Bianca Censori, made headlines with reports that they were heading toward a divorce. The news came just a few days after Bianca’s shocking Grammy Awards entrance where she posed in a completely sheer dress on the red carpet, exposing her naked body—something she allegedly was not on board with.

The rumors of an impending divorce also come as the rapper took to X (formerly known as Twitter) where he went on a controversial and disturbing rant. In fact, he claimed to have “dominion” over Bianca. Ye’s outbursts are nothing new, but they are reportedly damaging his marriage to the Yeezy architectural designer. A new report suggests that he’s now doing everything in his power to make sure Bianca doesn’t divorce him.

Kanye West Is Reportedly Doing Everything He Can To “Change” Bianca Censori’s Mind About Divorcing Him

In February, it was reported by the Daily Mail that Kanye West and Bianca Censori were over after two years of marriage. It was reported that the couple also “verbally agreed” on giving the architect a $5 million divorce settlement. While the outlet did not provide a reasoning for their divorce, it was alleged that Bianca was growing tired of Ye’s disturbing behavior that could hurt her reputation.

A source for Page Six said, “She’s had enough. The swastika shirt [he was selling] was the last straw. She told him that’s not who she is, and that she can’t be associated with that.”

“He’s saying that he has dominion over her and then he’s selling those shirts. It reflects on her, and she doesn’t want any part of that circus.”

However, inTouch Weekly recently reported that Ye is doing everything in his power to prevent his wife from divorcing him.

“Bianca is talking to attorneys and telling pals her marriage to Kanye is all but over. Friends say he’s trying everything to change her mind about the divorce and that he’s panicking she’s made up her mind,” the source shared.

The source additionally alleged that it would be Ye’s “worst nightmare” to get divorced and that the rapper’s “ego cannot handle rejection.” They added, “Maybe she’ll endure this for a little longer for the right reward, but it’s obvious Kanye sees the writing on the wall.”

However, after the Daily Mail reported that the couple were headed for separation, Ye’s rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, told The Hollywood Reporter that the divorce reports were baseless allegations.

“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press,” he said.

Kanye Has Been Accused Of Controlling Bianca’s Scandalous Fashion Choices

Although Ye and Bianca’s rep denied reports that they were heading for a divorce, other sources have alleged that the rapper “exerts total control over Bianca’s life,” which includes her fashion choices. In fact, Kanye West has been known for changing the appearances of whoever he dates, and that includes his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. He famously did a complete overhaul of her closet and played a significant role in her style transformation.

“It’s at a point where Ye now exerts total control over Bianca’s life. It’s obvious to everyone that he’s picking out her clothes, but it’s a lot more twisted than that,” the source said at the time. Before they leave the house, Ye chooses her outfit and then makes her parade around for the camera so he can videotape her from every angle,” the source alleged to inTouch Weekly.

In fact, actress Riley Mae Lewis, who was just a few feet away from Ye and Bianca at the 2025 Grammy’s revealed that the two might have been “arguing” before her shocking red carpet reveal and that his wife was not okay with the scandal that was about to take place. “She didn’t look like was fully on board with the scandal he wanted to create on the carpet.”

“It makes me concerned for what their relationship is like behind the scenes.”

Riley added, “Bianca did not look like she wanted to be there, and Kanye looked like he was loving the attention, knowing the publicity it would later bring him.”

It was also exceptionally disturbing when one of Ye’s recent X rants had him declaring “dominion” over his wife after their Grammy’s appearance. In all large caps, he wrote in the since-deleted post, “I HAVE DOMINION OVER MY WIFE … PEOPLE SAY THE RED CARPET LOOK WAS HER DECISION YES I DONT MAKE HER DO NOTHING SHE DOESNT WANT BUT SHE DEFINITELY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO IT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL YOU STUPID A** WOKE PAWNS…”

The couple’s rep, Milo also addressed rumors that Ye was “controlling” his wife and her outfit choices.

“There is a person controlling what Bianca Censori wears. The name of that person is Bianca Censori,” he shared.

Of course, it’s been hard to tell how Bianca really feels in her outfits, which usually don’t leave much to the imagination. Bianca is never seen giving interviews, and she often stays quiet when she’s around Ye.

How Did Kanye And Bianca Initially Meet?

The rapper first met Bianca when he allegedly slid into her DMs on Instagram in late 2020. He had asked the Australian native to move to Los Angeles so that she could work for Yeezy as the company’s Head of Architecture.

A former friend of Bianca’s shared in an interview on the Ben, Liam and Belle show (via Page Six), that she dropped out of college to begin working for the rapper.

“Ye slid into her DMs, found her on Instagram and said, ‘Come and work for me,’ and she dropped out. I’m not actually sure if she’s an architect,'” the “friend” shared. However, looking at Bianca’s LinkedIn, it states that she not only acquired her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Melbourne, but also completed her Master’s in Architecture from the same school in 2020.

In December 2022, Ye released a song about Bianca called “Censori Overload,” which suggested that the two were more than just work employees. That same month, the rapper and Bianca secretly tied the knot, which was just a month after his divorce from Kim was finalized.

The couple have since been plagued with divorce rumors, but if it isn’t coming out of their mouths, or should we say, in an X post by Ye, then it seems that all the divorce allegations are false.
