It is an exciting time for fans and lovers of Fuji maestro Wasiu Alabi, better known as Pasuma, and Taye Akande Adebisi, popularly known as Taye Currency, as they reconcile.
Kemi Filani reported last year that Taye Currency and Pasuma fell out after the former accused his boss of imitating his colleague Obesere’s style in the early days of his career. Taye also expressed frustration over the perceived lack of respect he received within the Fuji community due to his loyalty to Pasuma.
During a live show, he noted that Pasuma can’t give birth to someone his age or be his father. He further noted that his loyalty to Pasuma was disrespecting his brand.
Pasuma, offended by his statement, expressed disappointment over his ingratitude.
Luckily, their beef was short-lived, as Killington and K1 reconciled the two. Currency tendered an apology to Pasuma during another live performance, and Pasuma acknowledged it.
Since the settlement, the two haven’t been spotted together until now. A video making rounds online captured Pasuma and Currency at what appears to be a hotel room in Mecca as they settled their discord while performing Umrah.
The news has left many of their fans and lovers rejoicing.

It seems like Pasuma is all about peace. A year back, he reconciled with Saheed Osupa. The two ended their beef after Saheed mourned the death of Pasuma’s mother. Saheed shared a video on his Instagram page capturing him consoling Pasuma.
The two later linked up after KSA visited Pasuma at his Omole residence. He revealed that he spent a special moment with Pasuma, whom he described as his old friend, brother, and colleague. He went on to explain the purpose of his visit.
