The Strangest Dates In Bachelor Nation History

Producers of Bachelor Nation have come up with some very unusual dates that have made viewers wonder what were they thinking?

Who Is Jonathon Johnson?

For those who need a refresher, 28-year-old Jonathon Johnson was a contestant on The Bachelorette Season 21, getting sent home at the final three — falling short to Marcus Shoberg and Devin Strader — after his overnight date with Jenn Tran.

Although he did not end up with the leading lady, Jonathon and Jenn seemingly had some post-show flirtatiousness with one another when the latter was in Los Angeles, California — where Jonathon currently resides — filming Dancing With the Stars.

Well… that is before she started dating her professional dance partner: Sasha Farber.

Nevertheless, beyond our television screens, “Jonathon is really something special,” with ABC praising “his gorgeous smile, his entrepreneurial spirit and his loyal heart” in his official Bachelorette biography. Said biography continues:

“He’s a self-proclaimed romantic who says, ‘I treat every girl the same way I would want to see my mother and sister treated.'”

“Jonathon is well-traveled, spontaneous and excited about the possibility of traveling the world with Jenn.”

“When the creative director isn’t working, he loves listening to Post Malone, checking out local escape rooms and playing lacrosse with his friends.”

Still looking for his perfect partner, here’s to hoping he finds her on the shores of Mexico during Bachelor In Paradise Season 10.

Jonathon Johnson Shares Some Suggestions For Bachelor In Paradise Season 10

As avid Bachelor in Paradise fans may recall, each contestant gets their very own introduction within the show’s theme song, often times putting a spin on something silly that happened to them during their previous Bachelor or Bachelorette season.

For example, we would not be surprised if Hakeem Moulton’s Bachelor In Paradise intro includes a tarantula… #IYKYK

Nevertheless, “Instead of the old Bachelor In Paradise intro, we let everyone pick their own walk-out song like it’s a boxing match and see how that goes,” Jonathon suggested in an Instagram reel on February 25.

“Don’t worry, I made examples,” he continued, sharing some of his ideas, such as “The F***boy,” “The Heartbreaker,” “The Love Island Wannabe” and more.

He ended the reel with what he deemed “the best one”: “The Medium King.”

Famously describing himself as a “Medium King” during The Bachelorette Season 21, Jonathon put on his night one limo entrance outfit — AKA a hospital gown that left little to the imagination — to demonstrate “The Medium King” archetype, obviously referencing himself.

Will Jonathon secure a spot on Bachelor In Paradise Season 10, though? Only time will tell.
