Lil Wayne issued a warning to former NFL star Kendrick Perkins to keep Nicki Minaj’s name out of his mouth.
“I’m thinking that the Warriors are gonna go out there and get a Beyoncé or a Taylor Swift. They end up getting a Nicki Minaj,” Perkins said on ESPN while speaking on the Miami Heat’s latest acquisitions.

Weezy saw the remarks and hopped on X to clap back.

Even though Perks was warned by his cohosts about the Barbz, he didn’t walk back on his comments until they dragged him online.
“Wish I would’ve known about the Barbz before my Nicki Minaj take… don’t charge it to my heart [crying face emoji],” he wrote on X. “My apologies, I don’t want no smoke!”
