Kanye West is still fighting for Sean “Diddy” Combs to be freed from jail and took to his X profile to question whether the disgraced music mogul was extorted by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
“Did Cassie extort Puff?” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Ye’s argument angered some of his followers who were appalled by his post, especially since there is a video of Diddy physically assaulting her back when they were still together.
At the time, Diddy apologized for his actions but was still dragged online by former supporters and eventually, deleted the Instagram post.
The music mogul is currently sitting in a Brooklyn jail awaiting his May trial, where he will face racketeering and sex trafficking charges.
Dozens of individuals have stepped forward to accuse him of sexual assault, r*pe, drugging, and more. He denies all of the allegations.
“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday,” Diddy wrote back in December in a statement posted on Instagram. “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
