Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has urged young leaders to prioritise results.

The actress urged them shut off distractions if they want to succeed.
She wrote:

Work – Life Balance doesn’t feature in conversations where you’re behind on deliverables.
You must learn to prioritise results. It is an unpopular opinion but a very valid one.
Develop the discipline to see things through. You must learn to shut off distractions.
Get work done.
