The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are no strangers to getting plastic surgery and then denying it. But Dorit Kemsley’s changing appearance has sparked the most discussions between cast members and fans alike.
As her estranged husband, PK Kemsley said amid their split, the reality TV star has “changed since the show.” While PK was referring to their marital dynamics, Dorit’s looks have noticeably evolved throughout the seasons.
The rumored secretly broke fashionista has repeatedly denied getting any work done except for breast augmentation, fillers, and botox. But in 2023, a nurse sued Dorit for not paying for aftercare services following facial plastic surgery.

In November 2023, a fan compiled photos of Dorit before RHOBH in a Reddit post (below). They noted that she used to be “normal dressed and looked more down to earth.” A commenter was then convinced that she “definitely got a head transplant.”

In a previous Q&A with fans on Instagram, Dorit insisted that she works “with masterful makeup artists who can transform your face.” In 2018, Dorit’s makeup artist at that time, Samuel Rauda, doubled down and said “it’s all makeup tricks.”

I’m the doctor lol,” Samuel explained. “When I glam, I try to make the face look symmetrical and I do that by [contouring] certain areas.”
“Now if the lip shape is small, you enhance it by overlining the lips and using dark and light shades of lipsticks and liners to contour the lips (like I did above),” the makeup artist added. “This gives the illusion of full pout.” Back then, Dorit was accused of “trying to contour [herself] into Kylie Jenner.”

Dorit Had A Doctor Prove She Didn’t Get A Nose Job On RHOBH
When Dorit joined RHOBH in Season 7 (2016), her lips weren’t as plump, her nose wasn’t as slim, and her face wasn’t as contoured. But in Season 11, the reality star had a doctor prove that she didn’t get a nose job.
It was Dr. Ben Talei whom Kyle Richards introduced as “the best, best face plastic surgeons in Los Angeles.” The expert said there’s “zero f–king chance” that Dorit had a rhinoplasty. “
The doctor added that Dorit’s “cute little nose” had “a vein on top,” had “no irregularities,” and that the tip is “a little asymmetric, as it’s supposed to be, were it natural.”

Dorit Was Sued For Not Paying A Nurse Who Took Care Of Her Post-Facial Plastic Surgery
Experts Believe Dorit Definitely Had Some Work Done On Her Face
In 2023, Dorit was sued by a private nurse, Natalie Vanderstar. The latter claimed that she was not paid for taking care of the reality star after her facial plastic surgery. The nurse asked to be paid $8,600 in damages. “I am a private duty nurse and I provided medical services for [Dorit],” Natalie said in the lawsuit.
The nurse accused Dorit of “refusing to pay” her after she “submitted an invoice” for her “services for day and overnight care; to monitor and assess her pain, administration of medications and treatments (as directed per her physician’s orders). As well, as address all her medical needs and concerns.”
“By the hours I worked at my hourly rate of $100. I worked 86 hours at $100 an hour, which totals $8,600,” the nurse said of working in her filing.
Natalie worked for Dorit from the 16th to the 20th of November in 2022. It’s unclear if the suit has been settled after Dorit missed a hearing in April 2023. But it only fueled the speculations about the mother-of-two going under the knife.
In March 2024, Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Dr. Jen Armstrong—a trained aesthetic medicine specialist and surgeon—said Dorit’s nose is definitely “not natural” but that “it’s pretty.”
