Vice President, Sen Kashim Shettima presided over the 146th session of the National Economic Council (NEC) at the State House in Abuja.
The meeting commenced around 12:06 pm following Shettima’s arrival at the Council Chamber.
Today’s NEC gathering may be the final one for the year 2024.
Participants are anticipated to discuss various topics, including the states’ report on State Police and the fiscal plans for 2025.
Present at the meeting are state governors, several deputy governors, and members of President Bola Tinubu’s economic team.
