However, due to ongoing backlash from the community, which alleged the fight was scripted, it has since been reclassified as a pro-sanctioned match.
When the Saudi Delegate, Turki Alalshikh, came across negative comments directed at Tyson, he publicly expressed his support for him. Alalshikh even posted a picture of himself with Iron Mike. As such, he encouraged Tyson to disregard any script and focus on defeating his upcoming opponent, Jake Paul.
