Much of the altercation, as Alexis shared at the reunion, had to do with Alexis not feeling like herself anymore.
“I felt like I was not free, and I’m a very free-spirited individual. And I felt like I was losing myself.”

Married At First Sight’s Expert Failures Might Ruin The Franchise
Married at First Sight relies on its experts to match the perfect couples, but the MAFS couple success rate is very low.
Infuriated by his ex-wife’s response, Justin proceeded to call Alexis a “compulsive liar,” claiming that she was “doing that gaslighting thing,” and “trying to manipulate the truth.”
5 Married At First Sight: Miguel Santiago And Lindy Elloway
Miguel Santiago and Lindy Elloway got divorced
Miguel and Lindy developed almost instantaneous romantic chemistry following their nuptials. As such, it came as no surprise when the couple decided to remain together on ‘Decision Day.’
That said, the duo’s marriage might not be as rosy as it appears, if an Instagram post from that time was to be believed, where Lindy was featured not wearing her wedding band was anything to go by.
4 Married At First Sight: Lindy Elloway And Miguel Santiago
Lindy Elloway decided to hyphenate her last name for Miguel Santiago
While Lindy and Miguel’s marriage was not perfect, the pair demonstrated their capability and willingness to communicate through their issues and compromise. The two even managed to compromise on last names.
“I feel so confident being your wife,” Lindy, who’d recently hyphenated her name, revealed during MAFS season 15 reunion, “so it was an easy decision for me when I realized I was ready to take your last name.”

What is the most boring part of Married at First Sight?
During the first episodes of each Married at First Sight season, viewers get to watch the awkward moment when the new couples meet and they have to deal with each other’s families. After the honeymoons are over, viewers watch as the real drama that is bound to pull some of the couples apart is on full display. When the couples are on their honeymoons, that almost always is the most boring part of the season. The reason for that is because most of the participants are on their best behavior so it is much more unlikely that anything interesting will happen.
However, even hyphenating a last name was not enough to keep the two together and Lindy and Miguel divorced in 2023.
3 Married At First Sight: Krysten Collins And Mitch Silverstein
Krysten Collins and Mitch Silverstein were over before they started
Krysten and Mitch were one of the two Season 15 couples whose marriage didn’t make it past filming. Although the two are trying to remain on good terms, Mitch’s decision to walk away from the marriage still stupefies Krysten, as she explained at the reunion.
“I truly didn’t think there was a chance that he wouldn’t be attracted to me.”
Krysten went on to say, “I don’t think I’m Jessica Biel, but I do think I bring a lot to the table. So, I was a little surprised, and I didn’t really believe him.”

Krysten Collins has made peace with Mitch Silverstein’s decision for divorce
Despite being utterly dumbfounded, Krysten has made peace with Mitch’s decision to walk away from their eight-week marriage, as she explained at the reunion.
“I will never want to be with someone who is unsure about me or says things like ‘unlikely’ or ‘likely.’”
Krysten concluded with, “I know what I’m worth and that ain’t it.”
1 Married At First Sight: Binh Trinh And Morgan Bell
Binh Trinh and Morgan Bell remained friends after not making it to ‘Decision Day’
Morgan and Binh were the only Season 15 couple who didn’t even make it to ‘Decision Day.’ While their marriage might have unraveled quite rapidly, their friendship seems fortified to a fault.
“At some points, we kind of talk, we kind of laugh, we’re like, ‘Oh my god, I cannot believe that all happened, I cannot believe we went through that,’” Morgan disclosed to Entertainment Tonight.
“Because now we’re just completely different people at the end of the day, and it’s honestly wonderful.”
