Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has approved the new minimum wage of 70,000 Naira for civil servants in the state.
The announcement, which came on Wednesday, 13th of November via a press statement signed by the Head of Service, Paul Maigida Tino, confirmed that the wage adjustment will take effect from November, 2024.
According to the statement: “I wish to inform you that the governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has approved the implementation of N70,000 new minimum wage for workers in the State with effect from November, 2024,” he said.
