The curious case of Samantha Irvin departing WWE out of the blue continues to exacerbate. Recently, an account on X named WrestlingWorldCC posted that Irvin cried while writing down her note of leaving. Samantha not only provided context to where she mentioned it but also replied with a GIF that implied she’s fed up with fans blowing her WWE exit out of proportion.
In an excerpt she dropped in the comments, the 35-year-old virtuoso said that WWE changed her life. Moreover, she’s hopeful of sharing her side of the story with the fans one day. Maybe that will clear up some air. Recently, she made a revelation that she never loved her job as a ring announcer in WWE which caught many fans off guard. The Massachusetts-born star claimed she wanted to assume bigger roles in WWE.
However, the company wasn’t keen on doing that. Samantha is now feeling pity for saying that so blatantly, as it was never her intention to upset those who adored her announcing prowess. The former America’s Got Talent contestant affirmed that she felt down because her final words for WWE—that she cried jotting down for their staff, superstars, and most importantly, their fanbase—were ignored.

The former WWE announcer has been out of sorts the past few days due to spamming of hate-filled comments beneath her social media posts. It’s all but confirmed that she’d not be joining her fiance Ricochet in AEW.
In fact, her decision to quit WWE was driven by a multitude of reasons. She wanted to spend more time with her six-year-old daughter. Outside of that, Irvin will now solely focus on climbing the ladder up the music industry.
There must’ve been countless trolls Samantha Irvin had to cope with since leaving WWE. She could’ve chosen to stay silent and not feed the haters. However, Irvin held her own, exposing the lies and misinformation that was being passed on.
But as per Dave Meltzer via WON, people in WWE weren’t happy with that. They couldn’t do anything as Samantha’s no longer with the company. Had she still been around, Irvin would’ve been asked to take down all her responses across her social media platforms that she gave after exiting WWE.

Nonetheless, Irvin’s replacement saw legendary ring announcer Lilian Garcia make her return after 8 years. She’s expected to stick around for long.
