Former Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Dina Cantin (previously known as Dina Manzo) asked fans on Instagram to help her locate what she says are stolen belongings spotted at a garage sale in Wayne.
Dina shared an Instagram Story on Sunday, one which has since expired, and explained that sentimental items of hers and daughter Lexi Ioannou’s were seen at a yard sale.
Recently, we reported on Lexi’s no holds barred blog post about her family dynamics, in particular, what happened to Dina and Lexi in the wake of her former stepfather Tommy Manzo’s trial and sentencing.
Lexi expressed significant sorrow and disappointment about the actions of RHONJ’s Caroline Manzo, who is an aunt to her and a sister to Dina.
Caroline married Albert Manzo before Dina married Tommy Manzo; Dina and Tommy split up in 2015.

By Lexi’s account (and as evidenced by documented incidents after the fact), while their divorce was initially amicable, that changed when Dina began dating Dave Cantin.
After a violent home invasion and assault, Tommy was arrested, and we explained:
“Dina’s ex-husband, Tommy Manzo, was later indicted in connection with the home invasion, and in June, Tommy was convicted of ‘one count of committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering, one count of conspiracy to commit a violent crime in aid of racketeering, and one count of falsifying and concealing documents related to a federal investigation.'”
Tommy was sentenced to 84 months in prison, but Caroline Manzo penned a letter on behalf of her brother-in-law Tommy, describing him as “kind-hearted and caring,” and asking for sentencing leniency — much to the horror of Lexi, Dina, and RHONJ fans.

‘The Hurt Is Unimaginable’ For Dina And Lexi
In a since-expired Instagram Story, Dina asked fans to screenshot and share information about the garage sale in question.
A screenshot depicting two frames of Dina’s Story was shared on Reddit’s r/BravoRealHousewives:
In the first of two side-by-side images, Dina wrote: “If anyone shopped a garage sale [on Saturday, November 2] on Rose Terrace (off Valley Rd) it was most likely mine and my daughter’s items that were stolen from us.”
At the bottom, Dina urged users who might have come across the items to DM her or Lexi, adding: “If it’s something of sentimental value we will buy it back from you.”
In a second frame, Dina wrote “snapshot this to share,” asking fans to message her directly (@Dina), or to contact Lexi (@bohochicken).
She added that the belongings in question “included precious items that were handed down from my mother,” and said:
This is such a personal violation and the hurt is unimaginable for both of us.
On the above linked Reddit thread, users were unanimously horrified for Dina and Lexi, and a top comment read:
“That’s so f**** up. I hope they get back the items they are missing, I know things are things but sometimes the memories are worth so much more[.]”
Dina didn’t mention the Manzo family in her Instagram Story, but viewers suspected their involvement, and two others commented:
“Caroline wasn’t lying when she said ‘thick as thieves’ heavy on the thieves part. Foul.”
“The Manzos are punks!”
Because Dina’s plea about the garage sale was shared as a since-expired Instagram Story, it’s difficult to determine whether anyone commented about having visited the garage sale, and Dina hasn’t yet said whether any of the items were recovered.
