23XI Racing is having the best season of their NSASCAR career as they one race away from winning the championship with Tyler Reddick. The No:45 Toyota Camry driver made it into the championship-4 with his win at Homestead Miami, last Sunday over defending champion Ryan Blaney with a last corner move for the win.
Tyler Reddick had already secured the team their first championship at Darlington, as he won the regular season title over 2021 Cup champion Kyle Larson. The bonus points he got for the title win played a significant part in him going deep in the post-season. His boss and NBA legend Michael Jordan is over the moon seeing his drivers’ accomplishments.
He was present at Homestead, witnessing the win and after shared his views to the media. Jordan admitted that he was afraid they might run out of gas at the end, fortunately it didn’t happen. He pointed out his driver, who called “lill kid,” drove great on Sunday and he is proud of him over the triumph.
Tyler Reddick is enjoying winning races for Michael Jordan
The TRD driver in his post-race interview shared his pinon about winning races in Jordans presence. He pointed out that he feels really happy to see Jordan celebrating the win, as he is repaying for the trust that was put on him. Reddick pointed out that its really cool he gets to drive and win trace for MJ.
The motivation that Michael Jordan’s presence gives to the whole 23XI Racing crew is immense and this will help them to go all in, taking huge risks, for the championship at Phoenix. It will be interesting to see if Reddick can deliver for the NBA GOAT in the finale.
