Contrary to popular belief, Bella and Kendall didn’t meet while modeling or through Gigi. They met as teens on the internet, right before their careers took off. “I met her for the first time seven years ago over Twitter (now known as X),” Bella said of her “best friend” Kendall, per W Magazine. “That was before we started modeling; I was probably 14 or 15.”

Both Bella and Kendall started modeling before they were 18. The former started modeling in 2012, when she was 16.
