Ex-Vice President, Namadi Sambo Loses Brother

Alhaji Suleiman Sambo is survived by his wife, 11 children, 52 grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren.

Alhaji Suleiman Sambo, the brother of the former Vice President Arc Mohammed Namadi Sambo, has died.

He died on Monday at the age of 82 after a long illness.

Alhaji Suleiman Sambo is survived by his wife, 11 children, 52 grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren.

Until his death, he served in the Department of Government Printing within the defunct Ministry of Information and Home Affairs, Kaduna State, retiring as a Chief Superintendent in 1994 after 35 years of dedicated service.

Alhaji Suleiman Sambo’s funeral was held yesterday at the Bashama Road Cemetery.

The service was attended by family members, relatives, and sympathizers, including former Vice President Namadi Sambo, as well as religious and traditional leaders.
