Harry Derbridge debuts weight loss

Harry Derbridge is showing off his 28lbs weight loss after two months of healthy eating and gym workouts. He hired a personal trainer and started to go to the gym five to six days a week.

The ITV star wrote, “I’m almost 2 stone down, in first picture I was 12 and half stone. I’m now at 10 stone 7. I don’t plan on losing anymore weight but I’m super proud of losing what I have as I was bloating.”

He’s now planning to build muscle by eating 1500 to 2000 calories a day, mainly packed with protein such as chicken, steak and rice. Derbridge “was never the sort of person to love the gym” but now loves it.

TOWIE star ‘adjusts to life on his own’

Harry is currently going through a break-up from ex, Joe Blackman. Since then, Joe and Harry’s former friend, Junaid Ahmed, have been dating and share a kiss on the September 29 episode.

It’s been revealed Junaid has feelings for Joe, who says he “needs him to be his friend for now.” However, Harry is staying committed to “adjusting to a new life on his own,” having become newly single.

He wrote, “From being a young boy with an eating disorder, to then being bloated and not confident and not feeling great… to now being the best version of myself is something I’ll be so proud of.”
