British-Nigerian rapper and singer Oluwafisayo Isa, recognized as Darkoo, has expressed that disclosing her sexuality to her parents has alleviated a significant burden from her.

The queer artist appeared in a recent episode of ‘The Appointment Show’ podcast, hosted by Layo.

She noted that her happiness has increased since she confided in her mother regarding her sexuality.

“The day I told my mom [about my sexuality], it felt like a massive weight off my shoulder… I’ve been happy since then,” she said.

“Opening up to my mom and dad was a great relief. It was hard on my mom more than my dad because I’m closer to her. It was very emotional for my mom.

“My dad was not really interested in the conversation but at the end of the day, I’m living my life. And that’s what I’m doing.”

In other news, The ongoing divorce proceedings between American rappers Cardi B and Offset have escalated dramatically, with both individuals exchanging new allegations against one another.

Although they announced their separation in December 2023, Cardi B welcomed her third child with Offset earlier this month. Nevertheless, the arrival of their child has not alleviated the rising tensions, as their split continues to grow more contentious.

In an Instagram Live session on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Cardi B openly accused Offset of threatening to engage in “court wars,” asserting that her former spouse is struggling to accept her decision to move forward with her life.

He’s doing everything to try and make this difficult,” Cardi B told her followers, hinting at impending legal battles amid their complicated divorce process.

“Nggas think that they can fck on anything but when I start talking to n*ggas… You wanna play those games with me? We gonna play them games too,” she said.

“Since you want to fcking threaten me and take my sht [properties]… You wanna take my sht because I’m moving on? Move on. Why can’t you move on? It’s not fun when mama got the gun, right? It’s not fun when I’m slinging pssy, right? Now we are going to court war, right? And I told you, get off my phone. I don’t give a f*ck. I’m tired,” she added.

Offset, however, participated in the live session to assert that Cardi B engaged in sexual relations with another individual while she was expecting their third child.

He wrote, “You f*cked with a baby inside. Tell the truth!”

Subsequently, Cardi B took to X (formerly Twitter) a few hours later, seemingly confirming the allegation.

“AND DID !!!!!!” she responded
