Former Sokoto state chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Ibrahim Milgoma is dead
Milgoma who led the party between 2015 to 2018 died in Abuja hospital following a protracted illness
His dead was announced by the Sokoto state publicity secretary of the party, Malam Hassan Sahabi Sanyinnawal in press statement issued and made available to newsmen in Sokoto.
The statement said, “The Sokoto state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has learnt with deep grief, the death of its former chairman Alhaji Ibrahim Milgoma who died in Abuja following a protracted illness,”
The statement described late Ibrahim Milgona as a distinguished gentleman and respected leader, who contributed immensely to the development of Sokoto state, and Nigeria, in general.
“Sokoto PDP has indeed lost a father and a respected leader, who piloted the affairs of the party with the dedication and commitment that ensured the victory of our great Party in the general election of 2019.
The party prays Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds with Aljannat Firdaus and to give his household and the entire state the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
