Napo, Wife Steal Show At Oguaa Fetu Festival

 

The 2024 Running Mate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and his wife, Mrs. Alma Pokua Adade-Prempeh, stole the show at the Oguaa Fetu Afahye celebrations over the weekend, displaying their love and unity in a way that has captured the hearts of many Ghanaians.
The couple, who were seated at the front row of the podium alongside the Presidential Candidate of the party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the General Secretary, and the National Organiser, Henry Nana Boakye, were seen holding hands and smiling as they engaged in a lively conversation.

In a moment that has been widely shared on social media, Mrs. Prempeh was captured on video rubbing her husband’s fingers, sparking a lot of conversations and admiration from netizens who are hailing them for showing love and affection in public.

This is the first time the couple has appeared together in a public gathering, and their display of love and unity has caught the attention of the public.

Both were dressed in beautiful kente cloth, adding to the festive atmosphere of the occasion.

Mrs. Prempeh, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, has recently been campaigning for the NPP, following her husband’s nomination as the party’s Running Mate by Dr. Bawumia.

Her involvement in the campaign has been seen as a boost to the party’s efforts, and her display of love and support for her husband has endeared her to many Ghanaians.

With a wealth of experience in various top commercial and charitable financial management positions in London, spanning over two decades, Mrs. Prempeh brings a unique set of skills to the campaign.

Her professional expertise in both operational and strategic finance is expected to be an asset to the party’s efforts.

A proud product of Accra Girls Senior High School, Ghana Institute of Languages, Weymouth College, UK, London South Bank University, and the Manchester University College, UK, as well as the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK, Mrs. Prempeh is a highly educated and accomplished individual.

The Oguaa Fetu Afahye celebrations, which took place over the weekend, brought together residents of Cape Coast and surrounding areas to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the Oguaa people.

The event featured traditional music, dance, and food, as well as a grand durbar of chiefs and people.

Dr. Prempeh and his wife’s appearance at the event was seen as a way of connecting with the people and showing their commitment to the party’s campaign.
