The Property Brothers star, who famously works alongside his twin brother, Drew Scott, had a couple of serious relationships before he began dating actress Zooey Dechanel in 2019. As People reported, Jonathan was married to Kelsey Ully from 2007 to 2010 before he and his brother launched into stardom with their HGTV show. However, he would reveal that the two rushed into their marriage.

“We were young, and there was a rush going into it. She wanted to get married on 07/07/07 … so it wasn’t something that naturally happened.”

Jonathan would go on to date Jacinta Kuznetsov in 2015, and the two even began having serious thoughts of taking their relationship to the next step. But, they split in 2018. The following year, Jonathan met Zooey while filming Carpool Karaoke, and the two got engaged in 2023. As for his brother, Drew, he has been happily married to his wife, Linda Phan, since 2018.

The interior designer suffered a tragedy when his partner, photographer Fernando Bengoechea, died after the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami hit their beach resort in Sri Lanka. Nate wouldn’t enter into another serious relationship until 2007, when he began dating Brian Atwood. However, the two split after two years.

Thanks to fashion designer Rachel Zoe, Nate was introduced to interior designer Jeremiah Brent and the two immediately hit it off. As Us Weekly reported, they became engaged in 2013, and wed at the New York Public Library the following year.

Nicole Curtis got her start on HGTV in 2011 with Rehab Addict, restoring homes in Michigan. Having known Nicole as a TV regular, fans have wondered about her dating life. As Us Weekly reported, the reality star dated a man named Steven Cimini after they had met in college, and he is the father of her son, Ethan. She later began dating Shane Maguire, with whom she welcomed a son named Harper.

However, when the pair split, Nicole and Shane battled over custody of their son, but later agreed on joint custody. As of 2019, it’s believed Nicole is dating Ryan Sawtelle.

3 David Bromstad

Best Known For My Lottery Dream Home

David Bromstad catapulted to HGTV fame after winning the first-ever season of Design Star. He landed his own show on the network called Color Splash, but struck gold when he began hosting My Lottery Dream Home.

David has been on the network for years, but his personal life has remained somewhat of a mystery. What is known about David’s love life is that he had a long-term relationship with Jeffrey Glasko that began in 2004. As inTouch Weekly reported, the pair dated for over a decade with Jeffrey also becoming the COO at David Bromstad LLC. However, when they split in 2015, Jeffrey went after David and sued him, stating that the design expert left him penniless after David would spend his earnings on drugs. The judge eventually threw out Jeffrey’s lawsuit.

2 Tarek El Moussa

Best Known For Flip Or Flop

HGTV’s Flip or Flop was one of the most successful shows on the network when it ran for 10 seasons from 2013-2022. The show featured Tarek’s ex-wife, Christina Haack, with whom he shares two children. When the two split in 2016, they continued to film their show.

“From the beginning, HGTV has shown Christina and me tremendous support and we are excited to go out there and flip many more houses on Flip or Flop.”

As Us Weekly shared, after Tarek and Christina’s divorce in 2018, he began to date real estate agent Heather Rae Young. The two got married in October 2021, and welcomed a son in January 2023.

After Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa separated in 2016, Us Weekly reported that she began to date contractor Gary Anderson. However, their relationship was short-lived. Soon after, the reality TV star entered into two relationships that fizzled out in a matter of months. She was linked to NHL player Nate Thompson and then dated businessman Doug Spedding.

In December 2018, the same year her divorce from Tarek was finalized, Christina wed British TV presenter Ant Anstead. The couple welcomed a son the following year, but their marriage unraveled after just two years. In 2021, Christina began a relationship with realtor Joshua Hall and the following year, they tied the knot with the design star even changing her last name to Hall. Sadly, her third marriage would also end in divorce.
