Moreover, at this moment, it is quite certain that Stephanie has buried the hatchet with the Voice of the Voiceless. The two stars were at loggerheads for years, and they even took various shots against each other on many different occasions. For now, things have changed, and it looks like there is a new wave in WWE.

However, this new wave couldn’t save CM Punk from getting a loss against the Scottish Warrior. The Best in the World got a little emotional during the match which led to McIntyre taking an advantage and delivering a vicious Claymore. He even got involved in a rugged confrontation with the special referee, Seth Rollins, that became the beginning of the end for the Straight Edge Superstar.

CM Punk compared the leadership of Triple H and Vince McMahon

Speaking with Sports Illustrated, the Best in the World said that The King of Kings is more approachable as compared to Vince. He added that there was a sense of hesitation among the superstars during the McMahon era. However, Triple H wants the talents to give their best. Therefore, he is involved with everything on the roster.

It’s been great. Vince would make people wait outside his office. There would be like a line, and people would be intimidated by that. I don’t get that read off Triple H at all.

Moreover, Punk also revealed that there used to be a line of stars standing for a conversation with McMahon. That’s not the case in the Game’s era. He added that Hunter is easily accessible, and doesn’t like people waiting for him. With that being said, the Second City Saint agreed that this is a new era in WWE, and things have certainly changed for the better.
