Mama June star Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird had the reality world shooketh when news hit the headlines she and Josh are divorcing. The two had been together around 10 years and welcomed four kids together. Despite the reports coming as a shock to viewers, their split was reportedly a mutual agreement.
Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird stepped in as Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo‘ Thompson’s caregiver. She’s the WEtv star’s older sister and fans have seen many touching moments play out between the pair on Mama June: Family Crisis. Despite the family’s trials and tribulations, they somehow manage to band together and Pumpkin usually appears to be the glue keeping things going.
Mama June star debuts new man
This month, Mama June fans were left “heartbroken” when they found out Pumpkin and Josh were divorcing.
The two are main characters on the reality TV show and arguably the most stable part of the Shannon-Thompson family dynamic.
Josh and Pumpkin revealed they were going their separate ways. But, it looks like Mama June Shannon‘s daughter isn’t single anymore as she shares a cozy snap to Facebook just weeks after the divorce news broke.
Taking to Facebook, she captions the photo with some love heart emojis and the words: “Zach Bryan tonight ‘How lucky are we’” and tags the man cuddling her, Darrin Kitchens.
Darrin also takes to his page to share the same snap and writes: “The greatest risk in life is not taking one at all. So thankful for you!!!”
However, Darrin and Lauryn’s bios still read: “Single” on the social media site.
Pumpkin and Josh split long ago
While Pumpkin shares she’s feeling “lucky” and Darrin says he wants to take some “risks” in life, the two haven’t confirmed an official romance.
If they do, however, then Pumpkin isn’t moving on that quickly. The divorce news broke this August, but she and Josh actually split back in July, per ET.
The former couple is sharing joint custody of their four kids – Ella, 6, Bentley, 3, and twins Sylus and Stella, 2.
Judging by Darrin’s Facebook photos, he is also a parent.
