  • The couple seemed to have already drifted apart before officially announcing their split.

The first breakup following the eleventh season of Love Island was recently announced on Instagram. As it tends to happen, after a season finale, couples start to drift apart. Their time on the show might feel very intense because they spend every day together, but contestants don’t actually spend that much time together, and rejoining the real world can be challenging.

JaNa and Kenny open up about the future of their relationship after Love Island.

“Hugo and Charlotte could not keep their hands off each other all night,” an onlooker told The Sun. “It was clear that they only had eyes for each other and didn’t care who was watching as they enjoyed a slew of snogs on the dancefloor.”

“They even found a quiet corner of the packed bar to have another passionate kiss – it made it pretty obvious that Hugo and Jess are very much over but she is still bound to be stunned to see he has moved on so quickly.”

Jess Was Vague When Speaking About Their Relationship A Few Weeks Ago

The pair had clearly gone their separate ways long before announcing it, and looking back on Jess’s comments about their relationship, they were seemingly never that serious.

During an interview with Digital Spy on July 18, she said that they were taking things slow after a very intense time during the show.

“We’ve got no pressures now we’re out in the outside world… We’ve been together pretty much every day since we’ve come out, so things must be going quite well.”

“We’re just enjoying spending time with each other, taking things slow, and we just really get on and we enjoy each other’s company. And he’s obviously really fit, so I’m not going to complain on that one,” Jess joked.

Even though their romance didn’t last long, the two of them had a great time together on Love Island and got very close.

“We were kind of glued to each other’s hips getting to know each other and we had some really good conversations,” she said about their time in the villa.

It’s good that they parted ways amicably and now get to keep their good memories from the show that changed their lives.
