On the outside, Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, appears serious, but when he’s with his family, a different side of him shows.
The singer’s sister, Nissi, turned 30 on August 1 and celebrated with her family. Bose Ogulu’s mother, Ronami Ogulu Bunr Boy’s second sister, was also present.
Their mother gave a heartfelt speech, recounting Nissi’s childhood. She revealed that she underwent 26 hours of labour and that only Nissi has Burna Boy’s’mumu button’.
There was a clamour for the musician to give a speech. He initially objected, but eventually gave in.
The music star said:
“There is nothing I want to say that you don’t already know.”
