Selling Sunset is back this year with its seventh season. The realtors return with jaw-dropping outfits, more hunger to cut the biggest property deals, and a dose of office drama. Of course, the Netflix show rolls out its new season with personality clashes aplenty and a newbie named Cassandra Repstad is at the center of some of the drama.
Newcomers are appearing on Selling Sunset this season, and some familiar faces also crop up including Heather Rae El Moussa and Christine Quinn. Real estate agents from the O Group’s OC office show up as well as newbies from the Cabo office who make their reality TV debuts.

Meet Cassandra Dawn Repstad
Selling Sunset season 7 episode 8 welcomes Cassandra Dawn Repstad to the Netflix show.
The episode sees some of the O Group ladies put their code word ‘Oppenheim Wine’ to use as they awkwardly exit a conversation with Cassandra.
She introduced herself as a real estate agent who got her license “a few months ago.”
Bumping into Bre Tiesi in Mexico, Cassandra said it was a “small world.”
As well as saying that she knew Bre from “back in the day,” she added that she’d known Heather Rae El Moussa for a long time.
She works for Christie’s in Beverly Hills and was born and raised in Los Angeles.
Cassandra previously worked as a contemporary art advisor before moving into the world of real estate. Per her Revel Real Estate bio, she used to deal in pieces from famous artists including Takashi Murakami, Mario Testino, Banksy, Andy Warhol, and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
At the time of writing, she’s listed as working for Revel Real Estate and for the Aaron Kirman Group on LinkedIn.
Selling Sunset star was throwing compliments
When Cassandra met the Oppenheim Group realtors, she was dishing out compliments like there was no tomorrow.
From the ladies’ dresses to Chelsea Lazkani‘s nails, the Netflix show newbie didn’t miss a beat when it came to her co-stars’ appearances.
Despite being super kind to her fellow real estate agents, Cassandra appeared to rub some of the ladies up the wrong way.
Amanza Smith and Bre didn’t appear to take to her. Amanza said: “She’s so nice that it made me uncomfortable.”
Cassandra and Bre ended up clashing later in the episode. The newcomer told Bre that sometimes people “might just be nice,” and are not always looking to “be a part of your circle.”
Cassandra is a wife
When Cassandra wasn’t being a super nice girl to the group, she was keen to let them know that she was a married woman.
She’d been married for a year and eight months when filming episode 8 and showed off her ring to the ladies.
Cassandra described her husband as “the sweetest man ever.”
Per her Instagram page, she has 245k followers and is a dog mom to her Toy Aussie Shepherd named Winston.
