Nollywood actress Mary Remmy Njoku has taken to social media to lament the significant rise in prices of goods in the country.
She revealed that she spent N100,000 while shopping at the supermarket, yet her cart remained far from full.
The actress stated that the poverty in Nigeria is on a high as she questioned what the minimum wage is.
The movie star further questioned how the average citizens are planning for Christmas.
She wrote: “Hmmm. The sapa in Nigeria has gone Pro Max!! Whaaaaaatttt!!
“How is the average man planning for Christmas? This is crãzy!! I spent 100k at the supermarket and the trolley no full. How is minimum wage?”
