“Community is everything,” said Phillip May, President and CEO of Entergy Louisiana. “It’s not just a place where houses, roads and even pylons and power lines exist, but it’s the idea that people can come together, share experiences and help each other in everyday life. This is what community is about, and that’s why we’re so proud to partner with nonprofit organizations to ensure those in need in Louisiana are provided with nutritious food not just during the holidays, but year-round.”

“Louisiana has one of the highest rates of food insecurity in the country, particularly among children,” said Deanna Rodriguez, President and CEO of Entergy New Orleans. “As a Louisiana-based company and members of this community, we need to come together to find ways to help. All families should have access to healthy food all year round. That’s why we’re committed to working with our local community partners to help provide meals to vulnerable seniors, children and families across the state.”
