Bethenny Frankel doesn’t give a “good f–k” about what anyone thinks of her face.
The “RHONY” alum, 52, posted a TikTok over the weekend in her trademark forthright way setting the record straight on her face.
“I want to tell you this is not all-natural,” she said while wearing dark sunglasses and standing outside.
“This is not natural,” Frankel continued. “No face cream will make you look entirely different. There will be results, there will be improvement, drinking water, sleeping, not doing drugs, I guess going on a different food diet will change your appearance, but nothing will drastically change anyone’s appearance unless they get a little assistance.”
The Skinnygirl founder revealed that she’s “experienced some health issues” but declined to go into detail, explaining that “many things I do keep private.”
Frankel revealed that the reason she decided to make the video was to reply to all the nasty comments she’s received in the last couple of weeks about her changed appearance, in which people have accused her of getting fillers, botox, and even getting a “jawbone removed.”

Last year, the former Bravo star shared that she was visiting plastic surgeons for a “research journey” where she wanted to learn about “fillers and threads and surgeries and injections and botox and everything.”
And last November, Frankel shared that she was “seriously considering” getting a face-lift.
“I owe it to you to be totally transparent with you,” she began an Instagram video before admitting she previously got Botox in her jaw to sculpt her face, filler “once” and a breast lift “15 years ago.”
She also declined to go into detail about which procedures she’s undergone on the advice of a friend “in the industry” who told Frankel that, “you don’t owe anybody anything because if you say you did one thing, they’ll say you did something else.”
Frankel also brought up her daughter, Bryn, 12, whom she shares with ex-husband Jason Hoppy, as a reason why she’s keeping mum on what she’s done.
“I don’t owe anyone a detailed explanation of everything I eat, how much I have sex, how much money I have or everything I do,” the BStrong charity founder declared before ending with a typical Bethenny kicker.
“The most important thing (is), I think I look great, my daughter thinks I look great, my fiancé (Paul Bernon) thinks I look great so I don’t give a good f–k what you think.”
She then went on to thank fans who complimented her appearance and a “f–k you” to the trolls.
“I don’t give a shit,” Frankel added. “I’m doing it my way. You want to f–king unfollow me because I don’t give you a pap smear and put my feet up in stirrups and show you every inch of me? Then f–k off.”
