Louisiana police have arrested a suspected prostitute and are looking for another in connection with the death of Nathan Millard from an overdose – it turned out the Georgia father-of-five may have been given “bad drugs” as part of a scheme.
Tiffany Guidry, who was wanted on suspicion of illegal disposal of human remains, prostitution and failure to seek help, was arrested by Baton Rouge police early Friday, WBRZ reported.
Authorities are still searching for Tabbetha Barner, who is wanted on suspicion of prostitution and failure to provide assistance.
Millard, 42, a father of five, was found wrapped in plastic and rolled in a rug two weeks after he was reported missing on February 23.
The two women were reportedly present when Millard OD was at a seedy drug store while he was in town to stake out a potential gig for his construction company.
Their warrants were filed after investigators questioned suspected drug dealer Derrick “Stanka” Perkins, 45, who was accused of improperly disposing of Millard’s body at a property along the Scenic Highway.
Perkins told investigators that he picked up Millard and two other people who were looking for drugs early on February 23 and that they drove around in his car for hours trying to get “high” on crack cocaine, according to documents as cited by the outlet.

Perkins said Millard and the two people went to a gas station to get cash from an ATM, but the Georgia father returned to the car and asked him to take it somewhere else, fearing the others were “trying to trick him into doing it.” bring to rob him”.
He claimed Millard told him he wanted “white girls,” so they picked up Guidry and Barner, who he claimed had started shooting drugs with the Georgia man at a house on Lorri Burgess Avenue.
“They were all up there doing that, s-. I f— so s—,” Perkins reportedly told investigators, referring to the use of syringes.
He said the three then asked him to collect various items from a nearby store using Millard’s debit card, which he told him to use as credit.

Perkins told detectives he later smoked crack outside while waiting for Millard and the women to finish the sex.
He said Barner asked him to get more drugs in the morning and when he came back she ran out of the house and said Millard was dead.
Perkins said Barner went to get Narcan, a drug used to reverse overdoses, and tried using it on Millard. They also attempted to revive Millard with CPR before the women told him he needed to “get rid of the body,” documents from the WBRZ state cited.
The suspected drug dealer said he “panicked” and had Guidry help roll Millard into a rug, which they loaded into the car and later dumped in the vacant lot off the Scenic Highway.
Millard’s remains were discovered on March 6th.

Perkins admitted he sold his car to some men in the Dixie neighborhood and accused them of setting fire to the vehicle that was later found.
Barner claimed she never met Millard and that Perkins showed up at her house looking for Narcan, adding that she later saw him use Millard’s card at a Highland Road supermarket.

News of the two alleged prostitutes comes after WBRZ reported that Millard’s wife Amber received a chilling call on March 6 that he may have been given “bad drugs” in an alleged scheme by Perkins to get a reward for finding the body to promote.
The caller, who is believed to be a woman, claimed Perkins initially dumped the body elsewhere, but when he learned a reward was being offered, he asked someone to help him move the remains to the bring vacant lot.
Perkins was initially charged with criminal damage, access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Millard reportedly turned down the help of a guard at a Greyhound bus station, telling him he was looking for “something to make him feel better,” WBRZ reported.
He had exited a bar where he was cut off for allegedly drinking too much and also told the guard he wanted “a girl to take up to his room”.
Perkins allegedly wrapped Millard’s body and placed it in the trunk of his Toyota sedan, leaving it there for days until the “smell got too bad.”
He then painted his bumper, removed a sticker on the rear bumper and swapped out the license plate to “disguise it” when news of Millard’s disappearance “gained national attention,” officials said.
He is survived by Amber, her 7-year-old daughter, two teenage sons from a previous marriage, and two teenage stepsons.
An official cause of death is still pending, a toxicological report.
