The captain of a United 767 believes that his plane was supposed to be the fifth aircraft in the terrorist plot of 9/11.

United Flight 23 was possibly targeted by the hijackers of 9/11
A United 767 was due to take off from New York’s JFK airport on the morning of 11th September 2001.
However, according to the flight attendants and the pilot, Tom Mannello, their plane might have been intended to be the 5th plane in the 9/11 terrorist attack.
TMZ recently executed a six-month investigation into United Flight 23 which was scheduled to leave New York at 9 am and arrive in Los Angeles.
Moreover, the media outlet revealed that they have interviewed three flight attendants, the pilot, the United dispatcher as well as a member of the 9/11 Commission.
In addition, they said that four passengers in the first class prompted suspicion among the crew shortly after they boarded the flight.
According to the flight attendants in first class, one of the passengers appeared to be a man impersonating a woman.
Additionally, they mentioned that the suspicious passengers did not eat meat with only 2 plates of fruits in the galley.
Subsequently, the flight attendant wanted to get more fruit plates for the passengers to eat. However, her insistence possibly triggered a heated argument.
This led one of the passengers to say, ‘We do not want to eat. We don’t need food.’
They continued to say, ‘We want to take off. We just want to go.’
United Flight 23 was raided by the FBI on 9th September 2001
According to reports, United Flight 23 was called back from the runway on that fateful morning after the World Trade Center was hit.
Furthermore, when the plane returned to the age it was evacuated and locked. But ground workers were quick to notice that the members of the FBI were roaming around the cabin.
Meanwhile, the pilot revealed that United authorities found box cutters in first-class seat pockets on the plane parked next to Flight 23, which was not scheduled to take off at that time.
Besides that, the pilot believes that someone must have mistakenly placed the box cutters on the wrong plane which were possibly intended to be on his flight.
Additionally, the FBI interviewed the flight attendants later on that day. The officials took them to a lineup at the Port Authority to see whether they could identify the four suspicious passengers.
