It’s hard to say. I think Thanos was an incredible villain. We only got to this point because of Josh Brolin’s amazing work. I understand the comparisons between Thanos and Kang, but they are two completely different worlds. My story is different. Kang is different. It will be very different. About the character being strong, I’m going to let the movie show that.

While we’re still a few months away from its release, the cast is already traveling and doing interviews to help build hype for the MCU’s Phase 5 first movie. The footage released to the public has been somewhat limited, which is why there have been countless questions about the contents of Peyton Reed’s three mystery mugs. Regarding Kang the Conqueror, this is doubly true.
Like Thanos before him, the arrival of Kang the Conqueror is something that has been building for some time now. Jonathan Majors got to play a little less terrifying character variable on Lokiwho issued a warning about the destructive nature of his alternate self. Considering how powerful Kang is supposed to be in the MCU, I have to say I’m concerned about the characters Ant-Man 3. They hardly seem to have enough powers at their disposal (unless Scott uses it Thanos’ butt strategy), and the trailer showed Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang looking even worse for wear. But the film’s plot is largely a mystery, with Jonathan Majors only briefly appearing in his full Kang glory.
