Usually, people will tell you “the truth is stranger than fiction”. These guys clearly don’t know the sense of humor in Weird Al Yankovic, especially when it comes to the fairy tale that he and co-writer/director Eric Appel injected into New movie release Stranger: The Jankovic Story.

More specifically, I would like to draw attention to the scenes that stars Evan Rachel Wood and Daniel Radcliffe highlighted as the absolute favorites. As spirits were high during press day for this unbridled comedy/which thoroughly enjoyed criticism, this was clearly one of the best questions to ask at the moment.
I say this because upon asking this very question, Wood doubled for a brief moment in utter laughter. After composing herself, but still smiling about amazing Reminiscences stirred up by this query, Evan Rachel Wood described her favorite moment of Absurdity to CinemaBlend as:
There were two places I couldn’t stop laughing. One is where you get a phone call about “Eat It,” and you love smashing the phone. This was a funny scene to shoot. I can’t give the veil, waiter, but when I took the food out of his hand… that whole day was so ridiculous.

The scene in question is one of the first dates that Al and Madonna step out in their fictional relationship, and they’re perfectly cooked up as part of Eric Appel’s original Funny or Die short. With a crucial call coming during a dinner date, Weird Al is finally informed that Michael Jackson is about to drop a new, satirical single, “Eat It,” Al’s latest musical victory. Through this emotional journey, Daniel Radcliffe’s exaggerated photography From Weird Al crying over the host’s attitude with the receiver, it’s clear that news like this has come his way.
Even worse, as described by Evan Rachel Wood above, Al extracts part of his frustration from a poor waiter trying to serve him food. Slapped angrily by Phil Menon, the man trying to serve Al is played only by singing star/Joker comedian Josh Groban.
It’s just one of the many notable guilds you’ll see Stranger: The Alankovic Story. sIf you happen to have this moment spoiled for you, there are a lot of things that came of it, one of them star origin amazing short comedy.
Speaking of more absurdity, Daniel Radcliffe’s selection of his favorite silly moment is nothing short of a spoiler. If you’ve seen Stranger: The Jankovic Story tractor, you know the moment Weird Al was seen in a moment where he was playing the guitar. This might not sound silly on its own, but when this scene includes a drug ride where Al sees himself emerging from a sticky egg, the line is completely crossed.

This is the thing. It is very difficult to choose. The moment I emerge from an egg, covered in sticky, naked, I play the guitar. This was definitely one of those [moments] Where you think, ‘Wow. That’s nice over there. That’s the thing, you almost got allergic to it, because every single day it comes up with something, and something new. That was part of the joy when I read the script. You could just read that and go, ‘Oh, that would be fun. Obviously this would be incredible fun.

If you’re someone who likes to see how absurd a movie can get with its premise, that’s on show as well.
