City Park Carousel collapsed, police looking for suspects

New Orleans Police Department is searching for a suspect accused of breaking into the City Park Carousel. On November 12, a city park maintenance worker reported that on the 100 block of Victory Avenue, a shed that contained the equipment for the carousel had been broken into. This worker reportedly went to a local recycling facility and allegedly observed the person pictured above in possession of brass tubing made specifically for the carousel.
