The annual UFC appearances at Madison Square Garden in New York always bring quite a stir, and Carlos Olberg tried to make sure the event started on the right foot.

UFC 281: Carlos Ulberg KOs Nicolae Negumereanu

Ulberg compromised Negumereanu’s leg early with kicks in the shin before he broke both feet.

Ulberg accomplished the task in less than 90 seconds, delivering a jab before Negumereanu fell with a hook, only needing one punch to the ground to faint Negumereanu.

In fact, the KO was so brutal that Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier reported that Negumereanu was having trouble sitting in his chair afterwards.

After being KO’d by Kennedy Nzechukwu in his UFC debut, Ulberg won three consecutive matches at the Octagon.
