Four adults were found dead Monday afternoon in a Virginia home outside Washington, DC
Prince William County police made the discovery after being sent to a house in Woodbridge, about 20 miles south of Washington, at about 4:30 p.m.
“When officers arrived, they found the residence unsecured and conducted a welfare check,” the police said in a statement. “Once in the house, officers found four adults in different parts of the house with gunshot wounds.”
Authorities have not released any additional details, but they said they believe the shootings took place at the house on Mansfield Court.
